Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Run 5 K…BUT, run hard for 90 seconds, rest by walking for 30 seconds. Compare your time to times when you have run for the entire 5 K.
