04/20/2014 – Happy Easter!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None for workout, broomstick/barbell for AB-ril #20.

Go for a walk to actively recover and allow your body to heal. If the walk involves hunting for Easter eggs, make sure you find the ones without the sugar inside. Happy Easter!
