Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete the following

3 minutes MAX rep Russian Kettlebell Swings

1 minute Bear Crawl

3 minutes MAX distance RUN

***Rest 2 minutes***

90 seconds MAX rep Russian Kettlebell Swings

30 seconds Bear Crawl

90 seconds MAX distance RUN

Record your total reps/distance.
