Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes

1 or 2 Manmakers  (depending on your fitness level)

100 yard Sprint (50 yards out and back)

“AB”-ril Workout #19:

Perform after you have completed the warmup or at the conclusion of your workout.

4 minute Tabata alternating between Russian Twists (use 1 DB) and  V-ups
