REMINDER!  The next Running Endurance Training Class will be held Saturday 4/25 at 9:00 AM at Barrett Park. This is a FREE class and you are welcome to invite friends, family, and anyone else you think might enjoy a great workout. Hope to see you all there!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

Complete 5 rounds of the following workout. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

3 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible

2 Manmakers

8 Hot Potato Squats

16 Lateral Jumps  (Over the DB)

Record your total rounds.
