Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

100m Sprint

10 Jumping Squats or Squats

25m Bear Crawl

5 Broad Jumps

50m Sprint

10 Jumping Lunge Steps (5/leg) OR Lunge Steps (5/leg)
