MONDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed lateral hops (each foot).
Complete the following
Run for 2 minutes – cover as much ground as possible

8 Rounds (4 minutes) Tabata Kettlebell Split Squat (Right Leg)
8 Rounds (4 minutes) Tabata Kettlebell Split Squat (Left Leg)
Run for 2 minutes – cover as much ground as possible

8 Rounds (4 minutes) Tabata One Arm Kettlebell Push Press (Right Arm)
8 Rounds (4 minutes) Tabata One Arm Kettlebell Push Press (Right Arm)
Run for 2 minutes – cover as much ground as possible
