“AB”-ril Workout #15:  Halfway Home!

Perform after you have completed the warmup or at the conclusion of your workout.

3 Rounds:

30 seconds Hollow Rocks

30 seconds Russian Twists

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 pushups, 10 squats, 30 Jumping Jacks.

4 rounds:

100 Yard Sprint

Rest 45 seconds

0.25 mile Run

Rest 2 minutes

Keep track of total time and split times for each interval.
