TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbell or Kettlebell

3 Rounds:

45 seconds MAX rep One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  / Kettlebell Snatch  (right arm)

30 seconds Shuttle Run(25 yards out and back)

45 seconds MAX rep One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  / Kettlebell Snatch (left arm)

30 seconds MAX rep Pushups               

45 seconds Lunge Steps

1 minute REST

Post your reps for each exercise.
