MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells

3 Rounds:

1 minute MAX rep One Arm Dumbbell Snatch (right arm)

1 minute MAX rep  Shuttle Run(15 yards out and back)

1 minute MAX rep One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  (left arm)

1 minute MAX rep Mountain Climbers       

1 minute REST
