“AB”-ril Workout #12: Perform after you have completed the warmup or at the conclusion of your workout.

3 rounds:

10 Medicine Ball Situps (perform a situp while holding the med ball)

10 Medicine Ball Woodchoppers (each side, so really 20 reps)


Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats , 15’ Bear Crawl.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

21 Pushups

12 One Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats(6/arm)

21 Box Jumps
