MONDAY WORKOUT

Location: Stadium Field

Equipment: Dumbbells (a weight that can be pressed overhead)

20 minute Manmaker-Wall Jump-Run Ladder:

Round 1: 1 Manmaker, 2 Wall Jumps, Sprint across field

Round 2: 2 Manmakers, 4 Wall Jumps, Sprint across field

Round 3: 3 Manmakers, 6 Wall Jumps, Sprint across field

Round 4: 4 Manmakers, 8 Wall Jumps, Sprint across field

Round 5: 5 Manmakers, 10 Wall Jumps, Sprint across field

Round 6: 6…12…Sprint

Round 7: 7…14…Sprint…Continue adding 1 manmaker and 2 jumps every round for 20 minutes

 

NUTRITION CHALLENGE WEEK #2:

Continuing keeping grains out of at least one meal per day AND remove starch (potatoes, for example) out of at least one meal per day. Already grain and starch free??? Remove dairy from at least 1 meal per day.
