Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope and a box, bench or wall.

3 Rounds – Rest 1 minute between rounds

In 4 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible

60 Jump Rope Skips

30 Squats

15 Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups

Record your total reps (rounds). Logging your workouts is important so you can track progress.
