WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

Complete 3 Rounds

1 minute Jump Rope Skips

1 minute One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  (left arm)

1 minute  Shuttle Run  (15 yards out and back)

1 minute One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  (right arm)

1 minute Mountain Climbers

1 Minute Rest

Post your reps for the mountain climbers.
