SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Complete the following

Run 0.25 miles, Rest 1 minute

Run 0.5 miles, Rest 2 minutes

Run 0.125 miles, Rest 30 seconds

Run 0.125 miles, Rest 30 seconds

Run 0.5 miles, Rest 2 minutes

Run 0.25 miles, Done!

Record your splits.
