THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

“Bodyweight Ladder”

In 14 minutes, climb the “ladder” as high as you can adding one rep to each exercise each round. In between rounds (“rungs”), sprint 100 yards.

Lunge Steps (per leg)

Dive Bomber Pushups

Box Jumps

Handstand Kick-Ups or Donkey Kicks   

Record the number of “rungs” you achieved.
