WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

“The Bodyweight Ladder”

In 16 minutes, climb the “ladder” as high as you can adding one rep to each exercise each round. In between rounds (“rungs”), sprint 100 yards.

Broad Jumps

Close Grip Pushups

Star Jumps

Squat Thrusts

Record you’re the number of “rungs” you achieved.
