04/08/2016: Pushups and a little extra sauce!


Hey Barrett Park and Woodward Rockstars…Rev Coffee is now open in your hood! Perhaps we need to arrange a little post workout cool down run?

Workout #99 of 366 (2016)   


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.


Set the clock for 12 minutes

Perform 75 PERFECT Pushups. Everytime you need to rest, sprint 50 yards. In the remaining time, complete as many rounds of the following as possible

100-Yard Sprint

10 Skater Squats (5 each leg)     

10 Squat Thrusts

Record your rounds.
