TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

Set the clock for 15 minutes,

Perform 150 Russian Kettlebell Swings

In the remaining time, complete as many rounds of the following as possible

100 Yards Kettlebell Carry (anyway you like)

7 One Arm Kettlebell Rack Position Lungestep  (right leg, KB in right arm rack)

11 Kettlebell Skull Crusher

7 One Arm Kettlebell Rack Position Lungestep  (left leg, KB in left arm rack)

Record your rounds.
