FRIDAY WORKOUT (and Milestone Celebration)

Location: Stadium/Parking Lot

Equipment: Jumprope and Kettlebell (don't be afraid to use a little heavier weight)

"There's something about 70…"

Complete the following pairs of movements (in order). If you finish these movements before 20 minutes times has elapsed, go to the stadium field and run the stands as many times as possible in the remaining time. Up and down the stands equals one rep.

30 Rope skips

40 Lungesteps (holding Kettlebell to chest)

Run 140 meters (from the gate at the stadium to the fence at the Parade Field and back)

30 Rope Skips

40 Goblet Squats (w/Kettlebell)

Run 140 meters

30 Rope Skips

40 Kettlebell Swings

Run 140 meters

30 Rope Skips

40 One armed Ground to overhead (with Kettlebell, 20 each arm)

Run 140 meters

30 Rope skips

40 Pushups

Run 140 meters
