MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

#1: Complete 4 Rounds of the following

1 minute Kettlebell Split Squat (left)

1 minute Russian Kettlebell Swings

1 minute Kettlebell Split Squat (right)

3 minutes to run 0.25 miles and REST

Record the weight of your kettlebell.
