SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/out the pushup)

Complete the following as quickly as possible

Run 1 mile

5 Pullups

20 Squats

Run 0.5 mile

20 Pullups

35 Squats

Run 0.25 miles

35 Pullups

50 Squats
