Workout #96 of 366 (2016)   


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

(Note: each couplet of exercises totals 35 reps…I wonder why?)

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings

15 Box Jumps or  Box Step-Ups

Sprint 100 Yards

25 Kettlebell Skull Crusher         

10 Goblet Squats

Sprint 100 Yards

30 Split Jumps  (15/side)

5 Burpees
