 “AB”-ril Workout #5: Perform after you have completed the warmup or at the conclusion of your workout.

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats , 30 Lungesteps.

Workout:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

75 Jump Rope Skips (25 Double Unders)

12 1-Arm Kettlebell Thrusters  (6/arm)

21 Kettlebell Swings
