 “AB”-ril Workout #4: Perform after you have completed the warmup or at the conclusion of your workout.

3 Rounds:

30 Leg Lifts (or leg lift throwdowns if you have a partner)

1 minute rest


Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats , 30 Lungesteps.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

Run 250 Yards

24 Grasshoppers

12 Kettlebell Swings              

6 Turkish Getups  (3/arm – use Kettlebell or Dumbbell)
