Location: Stadium Field

Equipment: None

Complete the following as many times as possible in 20 minutes:

20 ledge jumps/stepups (using the ledge near the stadium steps)

30 Squats

40 Situps

30 Squats

20 Pushups

Sprint across the field, up the stadium steps and back.



March has passed and our burpees are finished…for now!  The new challenge will not be nearly as physically demanding as the last, but will require some adjustments. Each week we will be presented with a challenge to our lifestyle.  Each challenge will build upon the previous week, until during week 4, we are all eating very clean, living very healthy, and feeling awesome!  In addition to the nutrition challenge, I challenge each of you to submit your favortie recipes.  The recipes can be breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks…even dessert!  However, the recipes cannot contain any of the following:

1. Processed carbohydrates (breads, cereals, grains, etc.)

2. Anything "mechanically seperated" (confused?…Read the label on most packages of turkey bacon or read this: http://thestir.cafemom.com/food_party/110459/anatomy_of_a_chicken_nugget

3. Sugar substitutes…yes, even you, little innocent Miss Agave Nectar!

Email me your recipes and I will upload them onto the site under the "Fuel" section.  There are already a few recipes uploaded with many more on the way.

Week #1 Challenge:

Remove all grains from at least one of your meals each day beginning today. Already doing this? Remove grains from two meals each day. Already enjoying the bliss of living grain free? Try eliminating one dairy product from your day.
