FRIDAY'S WORKOUT

Location: Gym

Equipment: Medicine Ball (no handles, #6-12 for women, #10-20, men)

As quickly as possible complete the following sequence of movements:

Run a 5K

1000 Squats while holding the medicine ball overhead

500 Medicine Ball Situps

250 Medicine Ball Ground to Overhead

350 Medicine Ball pushups

Run 1 mile with the medicine ball
