SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

The Easter Bunny’s legs are bound to get tired and so will yours!

Complete 5 rounds of the following

Sprint 100 Yards

10 Jumping Lunge Steps (5/leg)

20 Lunge Steps (10/leg)

10 Jumping Squats

20 Squats

Sprint 100 yards

Rest 1 minute
