WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

#1: 7 Minutes of

Turkish Getups Practice

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (strong arm)

3 Press (strong arm)

1 Squat (strong arm)

***repeat on stronger arm***

Sprint 100 Yards

Record the weight used for your Turkish Getups and your rounds completed in #2.
