SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts

"Sprint…Faster!"

Every 90 seconds for 18 minutes perform

One 200-yard sprint, use the remaining time each interval to recover
