03/29/2016: Thirty Makes for One Dirty Workout! Kettlebell Swings, Pushups…!


Workout #89 of 366  (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell, Box, Anger Management

“Thirty is Dirty”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

30 Russian Kettlebell Swings

30 Box Jumps or  Box Step-Ups

300 meter Sprint

30 V-ups

30 Pushups
