FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 21 minutes

Run 0.2 miles

16 Kettlebell Snatch  (8/ arm – If you are uncomfortable with KB Snatch, perform One Arm Kettlebell Swings)

48 Jump Rope Skips

16 Half Turkish Get-ups  (8/ arm)
