THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

“Trifecta”

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes

90 Jump Rope Skips

18 Russian Kettlebell Swings

18 Lunge Steps (9 each leg – feel free to add weight using the KB)

18 Squats

***Rest 1 minute***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

60 Jump Rope Skips

12 Russian Kettlebell Swings

12 Lunge Steps (6 each leg – feel free to add weight using the KB)

12 Squats

***Rest 1 minute***

#3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

30 Jump Rope Skips

6 Russian Kettlebell Swings

6 Lunge Steps (3 each leg – feel free to add weight using the KB)

6 Squats
