WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, 20 Sit-ups.

Workout: Complete the following as quickly as possible (22 minute time limit!)

Complete 3 rounds of the following:

21 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls(w/KB)

15 Dips

then…

RUN 0.5 Miles

then…

Complete 4 Rounds of the following:

15 Kettlebell Swings           

9 Burpees

then…

RUN 0.5 Miles

then…

Complete 5 Rounds of the following:

12 Goblet Squats  (w/KB)

12 Sit-ups

finally…

RUN 0.5 Miles

If you get through everything before the 22 minutes elapses, PLANK for the remaining time.

    Hotel Workout

    In a tiny town, tiny hotel, with a "fitness" room.  Well, a treadmill, stair stepper, and stationary bike.  What's a girl to do?  Looks like it will be a "vacation workout" day for me!!
