MONDAY WORKOUT

Location: Gym

Equipment: Kettlebell (8-18# Women / 18-40# Men), Boxes, 2 Large Mats

Perform the following exercises as many times as possible for 4 minutes per exercise working 20 seconds, then resting 10 seconds. There is no addtional rest between exercises.

Squats

Kettlebell Swings

Box Jumps/Stepups

Situps

Burpees
