Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, 20 Sit-ups.

Workout: Set the clock for 24 minutes.  Complete as much of the following as possible before time elapses…

10 Turkish Getups(5/arm, use DB)

Run 1 Mile

10 Manmakers

40 Pushups

40 Dumbbell Thrusters

160 Jump Rope Skips

If you get through everything before the 24 minutes elapses, start over again at Turkish Getups.
