MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, 20 Sit-ups.

Workout:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

21 Kettlebell Swings (Go heavy!)

12 Burpees     

50 Yard Hill run, Stair Climb or Stadium Step Run (find any hill with a steep incline and get after it if no steps are available)
