Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell and a Box, Wall, or Bench.

Complete 4 rounds of the following two parts:

1 minute 15-Yard Shuttle Run (15 yards out and back)

Then…Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings

10 Box Jumps or  Box Step-Ups

5 Pushups

**Rest 1 minute between each of the 4 rounds.**
