SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

Run!

Find a hill approximately 200 yards in length and…

Complete 10 Rounds:

1 Hill Sprint, Walk slowly to the bottom of the hill to recover. When you reach the bottom, you have completed a round.
