EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell and a Box, Wall, or Bench.
Complete 4 rounds of the following sequence
40 seconds 25-Yard Shuttle Run (25 yards out and back)
20 seconds Rest
Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes
**Rest 1 minute between each of the 4 rounds.**
1 Round consists of the shuttle run followed by the 3 minute AMRAP.
