SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plankhold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Hill Day!

Complete 15 Rounds of the following using a medium length, gradually sloped hill.

Sprint 15 seconds

45 seconds to recover back to the bottom

Record your distance covered per interval.
