In 16 minutes, complete as many rounds of the following as possible with a partner. Partner 1 will perform as many rounds as possible of the movements below while Partner 2 sprints 200 yards. Once Partner 2 returns, switch roles and continue switching roles until time expires. When you switch, Partner 2 will take over from where Partner 1 was in the sequence.
Partner 1: Complete as many rounds as possible
