THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 21 minutes

Sprint 200 Yards

1 Hatemaker

1 Bear Crawl (50 feet)                 

2 Burpees

3 Tuck Jumps

5 Lunge Steps (each leg)  

8 Situps

13 Squats
