TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, 20 Sit-ups, and 30 seconds Hollow rocks.

Workout:

Buy-In: MAX rep Pushups 2 minutes

then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes:

2 Turkish Getups (1/arm, use kettlebell)

8 Kettlebell Swings  

12 Jumping Squats

then…

Cash-out: 150 yard Lungewalk (no time limit…just get it done)
