SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and 10 Walking Lunge Steps.   

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing Device

4 Rounds:

Sprint 50 yards, Rest 20 seconds

4 Rounds:

Sprint 100 yards, Rest 40 seconds

4 Rounds:

Sprint 200 yards, Rest 80 seconds
