TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Buy-In: 3 sets of 3 Broad Jumps for MAX distance. 3 consecutive jumps is 1 set. In each set, you are looking to cover as much distance as possible. Rest 1minute between sets.

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

90 Jump Rope Skips  or 30 Double Unders

30 Mountain Hoppers  (each leg is 1 rep)

20 Kettlebell Figure 8

10 One Arm Kettlebell Push Press  (5/arm)
