Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, 20 Sit-ups, and 20 Jumping Lungesteps

Workout: “Case of the Mondays”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes:

200 Yard Sprint

20 Hot Potato Squats

5 Burpees w/DBs (Hold Dumbbells at your side when you jump)

20 Dumbbell Plank Rows(10/arm)
