03/16/2016: RDL, Crawl, Windmill, Leg Drops!

Happy Birthday to Coach Joseph! Dude is finally able to enjoy a "big kid" beverage after a workout! 

Workout #76 of 366  (2016)  

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells

Complete 4 Rounds of each exercise, in order

45 seconds Single Leg Romanian Deadlift  (alternate legs each round), 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Crawl (any style), 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Dumbbell Windmills (alternate sides each round), 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Leg Drops, 15 seconds REST

Record the weight of the Dumbbells used and any modifications you made to the workout.
