03/16/2014 – Happy Birthday, Jodi!

There are people all over the country that check out www.smugsfitness.com and perform the workouts. New mama, Jodi Roamesenfeld along with her husband Chris, have been exercising Smugs style for a long time. Today is Jodi's birthday (pictured with her daughter, Ani born 09/07/13) and I find it appropriate each year to celebrate her birthday by reminding her that she will forever be 3 weeks older than Smugs!

SUNDAY WORKOUT 

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 2 rounds of the following as quickly as possible

10 Body Blasters

25 Star Jumps

40 Mountain Hoppers (each leg is ½ rep)

55 Russian Kettlebell Swings
