03/14/2016: Bodyweight is all you need for this workout!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

20 Mountain Climbers (10/side – Slow or Fast, your choice!)

16 Side Lunges (8/leg)

12 Box Jumps  or  Box Step-Ups

8 180-degree Jump Squats (4/side)

4 Clapping Pushups  or  Dive Bomber Pushups

Sprint 200 Yards
